About Raissa Frenkel

Raissa Frenkel is a seasoned businesswoman and accomplished leader, currently holding executive positions at Forum Capital Group and the Finker Frenkel Legacy Foundation.

Raissa was born in Kazan, Russia, where she earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Kazan Finance and Economics Institute in 1982. After selling their interests in the business to a third integral founding partner, Dr. Raissa Frenkel and her husband founded Forum Capital Group, a private equity firm specializing in real estate and seafood. Her decades of experience empower Raissa to deftly lead the company’s operations and guide its growth.

Raissa Frenkel is heavily involved in philanthropy, and jointly runs the Finker Frenkel Legacy Foundation with her husband. She is passionate about a number of charitable endeavors, including medical research, education, religious development, and children’s welfare. She is also involved in a number of other organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Chabad of Southside.
